Code
Most of what I write is Python for neuroscience data, with the occasional detour into Rust, Typst, lua or whatever my dotfiles need this week. Everything below is also on GitHub.

ConfUSIus
A Python package for analyzing and visualizing functional ultrasound imaging data, with a napari plugin as its GUI. I co-lead it with Samuel Le Meur-Diebolt. fUSI labs have mostly been writing their own pipelines in isolation; ConfUSIus is our attempt at a shared, tested and documented set of methods. We run community drop-in hours every Thursday on Discord.

InVesalius: 3D mask editing
Google Summer of Code 2025. InVesalius is an open-source medical imaging application for CT and MRI. I added a way to mask whole volumes from the 3D viewer by drawing a polygon on screen. The blog post has videos.
physbeh
Turns pose-estimation outputs (DeepLabCut) into behavioral variables: position, head direction, speed, acceleration. I wrote it during my PhD. It is no longer maintained; for new projects, Movement does this better.
Python bootcamp, M1 AIRE
Teaching, 2026, with Antoine Bergel. Course material for master’s students at the Learning Planet Institute: arrays, plots and tables with NumPy, Matplotlib and pandas, built on an open rat behavior dataset. Lecture notebooks, exercises, and a small tool that strips the solutions out for the student versions.
